Despite being located in a very remote area, the hotel is opposite the peaceful botanical gardens, which is a plus. Unfortunately, it's quite a distance to the tourist spots in the city and there aren't any restaurants or shops close by. the room was large enough but the bathroom was outdated and could use a deep clean. the service wasn't great, we struggled to communicate as they didn't speak much English. the breakfast was basic, not worth the extra charge. there was free wifi available in the lobby.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired.

The outdoor onsen was a beautiful experience. The natural surroundings added to the overall atmosphere and relaxing vibe. , the bus stop being just a few steps away from the hotel made it really convenient to explore nearby attractions such as botanical gardens or shrines.
The rooms desperately needed an upgrade. The bedding looked worn out, and the bathroom was tiny that even getting ready was a struggle.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was very close to the bus stops and provided ease of transportation. The hotel facilities, including the public bath/onsen, were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast served to the table was one of the best aspects. The staff was very helpful and provided a secure luggage storage system.
Nothing, it is perfect.
